Convocado por la Concejal\u00eda de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Molina de Segura, suele recibir lo m\u00e1s granado que hayan publicado los cuentistas durante el a\u00f1o. Ya sab\u00e9is que Franz es la editorial m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a y t\u00edmida de Espa\u00f1a, por lo que el hecho de que Santiago se encuentre entre los diez m\u00e1s valorados \u2014son 108 obras las presentadas\u2014 dice mucho de la independencia y calidad literaria de este premio, amigos. El jurado lo va a presidir Juan Carlos M\u00e1rquez y le acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n Inma Pelegr\u00edn, Basilio Pujante y Marta Zafrilla.
